Originally from Manhattan, Kelli’s appreciation and exposure to music started at an early age. Kelli's passion for music has garnered her experiences working with some of the most creative minds in the city. She may be small in stature, but has a big personality and an even bigger singing voice. Kelli loves snakes and Aretha Franklin. She is based in Manhattan and is excited to be working with Black Panda’s diverse and inspiring client roster.

Author, humorist and music nut from Omaha, Nebraska.  He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Radio, Television and Film.   He is the creator of Randy Penny: Cordially F*&#ing With People and the author of I Hope There’s Pie.  He has written for several publications and contributes to The Huffington Post. Tony currently lives in Omaha, and is very involved in the city's bustling music scene. You can usually find him at his favorite bar or live music venue.


Samantha Weiner hails from New Jersey, went to school in the midwest, and now is back in New York to put her newly harnessed midwestern charm, along with her East Coast go-getter attitude, to use. Sam has a wide range of experience in the music industry,  from being an analyst at Sony Music to a Publicist at an indie label. Our resident Brooklyn girl, Sam enjoys tattoos, guitars and wiener dogs.


As CEO, Amanda brings more than ten years of experience in the music publicity field. While in college at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, she became Amanda Panda, a radio personality on Z104's Morning Show, Connie & Fish in the Mornings (Top 40 Radio). This is where her outgoing personality first resonated through the airwaves and where her passion for the music business was solidified. She then graduated and spent four years as a Senior Publicist at Plan A Media, working with industry veterans Ron Shapiro and Patti Conte.  There, she poured her energy into promoting indie bands and working with talent such as Shontelle, Vanessa Carlton, We Are Scientists, Ari Hest, Creed Bratton, Bob Seger, Justin Currie, Sugar Ray, Frankie Valli, Ghostland Observatory, Jace Everett, RED, Mark Olson, Great Big Sea, Hank & Cupcakes, Katherine McPhee, Mary Mary and The Rapture. She also spent a year and a half as the Manager of Media and Business Development at the Musebox before being promoted to the Head of Publicity.  In this most recent role, she simultaneously nurtured the careers of 25 clients, including The Neighbourhood, Anna Rose, Ghost Loft, The Bolts, Rachael Sage, The Bullitts, Gentlemen Hall, The Dø, Anoop Desai, Nat & Alex Wolff, Six60, Joshua Radin, Jay Stolar, NOTAR, The High Wire, Elisapie, Hatsune Miku, Cosmic Suckerpunch, Shiny Toy Guns, Spindrift, The Glitch Mob, and Creed Bratton. Her clients have been featured in publications such as Nylon Magazine, USA Today, The Hollywood Reporter, The New York Times, The Huffington Post, New York Magazine, and have appeared on the Carson Daly show, CONAN and more.  Amanda’s efforts for The Neighbourhood helped them sign with Columbia Records in 2012. In her spare time, Amanda has spoken at the Clive Davis School of Music, scours the New York music scene for the next big act, and spends time with her adorable puppy Reggie Jackson.
